Great location and they always have Boston Cream donuts when other locations are sold out of them. They do have a drive-​thru and plenty of parking around the building along with a couple of outdoor tables.

Worth, IL
Terrible service, boycotted them for 11months after getting the wrong coffee order «large cream one equal» & getting sugar 7 out of 10 days. Wrote them a note & no reply. Gave them another chance this month, wrong coffee & «pull to the front for your sandwich.» Theres no parking out front. Too many other Dunkin Donuts in the area that appreciate your business. Agree with prev review. Manager is awful

Manager has worst customer service skills EVER! After being given the wrong coffee and no receipt, I called. The manager proceeds to YELL at me about bringing the coffee in, in order to get a replacement. SERIOUSLY, I AM SUPPOSED TO KEEP THIS CUP OF COFFEE ALL DAY AND NIGHT TO BRING BACK FOR A CORRECTED CUP?! Then when he is done yelling, he hangs up in my face. Save yourself the issues and go to another Dunkin.
