An ABSOLUTE joke & waste of money for any father! The mother can literally lie, manipulate the system, neglect the kids & harass the father for years upon years & nothing will be done. He will spend THOUSANDS to hire a guardian ad litem to investigate & see the truth. Prayed for a miracle, someone who actually would do his job. Does this ad litem investigate? NOPE! He drags the case (stress) on for YEARS because HE is busy, then in the end, takes a sheet of lies the mother gives him (1 sheet, of literal lies… NO proof) as truth & father loses the case. If he had only done his job & actually investigated anything at all the mother said, he’d see these were lies. Too lazy, paid $ for nothing. Did he speak with the kids who were literally begging to live with Father & afraid of the Mother… nope. He literally «lost» our CASE of material we gave him with letters from the kids saying they are being abused or neglected, letters from teachers, coaches, police officers… mysteriously all lost! Then there is the lawyer. Lawyers do nothing, we did literally all the work & should’ve hired ourselves. Nice guy, but serious waste of $.
The actual court/​judge listens to 3 minutes talk. She listens to neighbor of wife whom aren’t even relevant to the case, know nothing of what is going on (kids say they don’t speak), but that’s just fine. We can’t counter & ask this neighbor’s wife if she remembers when she worked at the school another neighbor calling concerned about the kids. Nope! Can’t do that. People who went to school with «mother» 30 yrs ago, who have never met the kids allowed to speak on her behalf. LOL! We have a lot of friend whom we speak with NOW, but that was «too many witnesses & irrelevant.» Apparently the mother’s joke of witnesses are relevant somehow? Ridiculous. Never-​mind putting any weight on our witness, a coach who ACTUALLY interacts with the kids yearly & daily… phsh! That apparently doesn’t matter a bit that this coach says mother is unstable & neglectful. Who cares? Not the court for sure. An actual legit witness, but oh yeah, he’s for the father, so… Years & YEARS of evidence are not heard, or «lost». After waiting 2 yrs., we get 3 minutes time. Through all these years of extreme, extreme stress, the father’s side does one thing wrong, irreparable damage. Mother can do years and years and years of damage to EVERYONE, no problem! The kids are with her, nothing has changed, she STILL neglects them. No change though, so they stay. No change, yeah she was neglecting & is still neglecting. LOL! Absolute joke! Much will be written about this when I have more time. Can’t wait!
Bottom line: If you are a father, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! And I’m sorry! I feel your pain! I literally have post traumatic stress from dealing with a lying sociopath & a broken joke of a court system. Kids are irreparably harmed. We all are. SAVE YOUR MONEY! If you are thinking in anyway it will help your kids, help your situation, it won’t. Please save yourself the stress, save yourself the money. A lot of aggravation for nil.

The office is under new management and already many improvements. Worcester County will be served well under Stephanie Fattman!
