Established in 2006.

I offer chair massage at events and fundraisers. Within the chiropractic office in Worcester I offer table massage in 30, 60, and 90 minute increments.

I studied massage therapy at the Salter School from 2004 – 2006. I started working with Dr. George Wood shortly thereafter at his chiropractic office on Lincoln Street. Since, I have become certified in Hot Stone Massage and am currently working on a Myofascial Release certification. I have experience working with athletes and injuries. I also have regular clientele who prefer relaxation massage. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and am glad that I am able to help improve the health of people.

I’ve been seeing Tara for a number of years. She primarily has done sports related massage on me. She is excellent at understanding what I need the most work on and focusing on that area while not forgetting the rest of me. Even when I need a lot of work in one area, I still want attention paid to the rest of my body. If you’re local, this is a great place to go for a relaxing gift to yourself or if you need real work done.

I have been to Tara a number of times for deep tissue massage for my neck. From the first massage I loved her! She’s very skilled in getting to the problem and working it out. She’s professional, knowledgeable and extremely experienced in her massage therapy. If you ask questions regarding the problem (s) you have, she explains it in a very easy way to understand the mechanism of injury and what I have to do to allow it to heal. She has a calming way about her and that’s what everyone needs at a time when tension and stress is in your body. Love her and Love her massages!

I’ve been to Tara several times for massage therapy. She does a fantastic job, is very thorough, and is particularly good at detecting the regions that need attention. I have some hand issues from writing and using the computer that always feel better for days after an appointment with her.
She’s very friendly and generally a joy to interact with. I highly recommend her.
