Excellent service that was friendly and very quick. Enjoyed all you can eat pizza and the staff got us all the pizza we needed even going so far as to bring a pie at a time to save us the trouble of getting up and asking for more. Food was delicious, staff was helpful by bringing us extra plates and taking care of our every need. In particular Cheryl, our waitress, provided amazing service.

My favorite pizza place ever. I just wish it was less expensive. When i go home I cheat on my gluten free diet just because I know how good the pizza is here. I have moved away to states that do not have papa ginos and have tried to beg them to open up in Florida and Maryland with no luck, but I absolutely make sure to have them be the first thing i eat when i am home, even before my moms cooking. If they could make a gluten free pizza my life would be complete, and then if they would expand and have locations beyond RI, CT, and MA such as MD, DC, FL I would be in HEAVEN

I have to say, if Papa Gino’s was a little less expensive, we would go way more often. In general, all Papa Gino’s are family friendly. But this location’s set up is particularly conducive. The are where pizza is made is open to the lobby/waiting area(separated by a large pane of glass), so kids can watch pizza be tossed in the air and then made. The manager even gave my little one a little piece of raw dough to play with and feel what dough felt like before it was cooked. That was a cool, personal touch. The pizza is always great and my kids enjoy the atmosphere. So we will always hit up our neighborhood Papa Gino’s!

I have been coming to this Papa Gino’s since I was a kid. I have seen new managers and staff time and time again however the quality stays. Honestly despite other pizza joints that are not chains I love the quality and service I get here. Whether you get delivery or go eat in this place will make you happy. No matter which pizza or sub you get(meatball and eggplant parm are scrumptious) you will have a smile on your face. Everything is made in a timely fashion and the ingredients are fresh and they are able to reproduce the same taste unlike many other«local» pizza joints. I am always for supporting local business but when the quality is there the quality is there. I give this place a thumbs up all day!

Was in the area and in the mood for a slice, not exactly an easy thing to find in Worcester. I was able to find a place to park right out in front on the street and walked right in. Don’t let the lack of parking on the street deter you. The is a parking lot, and another entrance, in the rear of the building. It was a little after one and surprisingly pretty quiet inside, meaning very Little wait for me. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant and made a point of telling me where the condiments were when serving me my pizza. The dining room was clean with plenty of seating. There’s even an area at the front of the store where you can watch then prepare the pizzas.
