History

Established in 1999.

1990: James Glickman forms Glickman Real Estate, Inc — located on Dix Street.

1999: Glickman Kovago Company Inc. founded by Glickman and Peter Kovago.

2007: Headquarters relocated to 47 Harvard Street.

2007: Michael C. Jacobs became a partner.

2008: Glickman Kovago Management was created.

2011: Glickman Kovago Construction was created.

2015: Joined NAI and changed name to NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs

James G.

Business Owner

James Glickman is a principal and founder of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. Jim has been in the real estate business since 1986 and has assisted clients with a wide array of commercial/​industrial projects from leasing and selling properties, to site selection, to long term strategic planning for asset maximization on several multi-​million dollar developments. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and has been involved in the management and development and construction of many large commercial, industrial and retail properties. He has been one of the top producing real estate brokers in the Central Massachusetts area for many years
