History

Established in 1977.

Founded in 1977 by Garry T. Melia and Robert Osol. We conducted real estate closings and collections for several local banks and mortgage brokers and lenders. We continue to do that now but have added 2 attorneys to our staff and have taken on a broader variety of case work. Our business law and bankruptcy business was a direct result of our earlier work in collections so we are familiar with creditor and debtor rights. Over the years many of our clients have aged and that has led us to more estate planning and probate. Our steady interaction with clients has led to growth with new businesses, their formation and problems.

Business Owner

I graduated from Rutgers College and then Suffolk Law School. I began my legal career in Worcester and always felt comfortable here and met with enough success to stay. I’m a member of the Mass Bar Foumdation and former Chairman of The New England Region of Commercial Bar Association of America. I’ve lectured for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and Lorman Education Services.
