Drive thru 15 – 20 minutes. Slowest fast food. Every night same thing. Management doesn’t notice this long waiting line? Maybe you guys need 5 more workers? Even after you order still have to wait 20 min till your turn comes. And when you get to the window they don’t know what’s your order they ask you what you ordered?

I went by today for lunch and it took 20 minutes to get served. It took so long that I actually had time to call the McDonald’s customer service wait on hold and file a complaint. I was almost done on the phone with the guy and even he was surprised I was still waiting for my food.
The dining room is filthy and I had to clean a table for myself. I uploaded a picture of the soda fountain area.

Years ago I wouldn’t even come near this place. After the renovation and new management and new employees this place is now decent. Clean and friendly.
