I highly recommend Joeys limousine. We were celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday at Foxwoods. I needed 8 people picked up from our house at 8:30am and taken to Mystic and then 22 people picked up at 10:00am. and taken to the casino. And then all 32 of us picked up at 9:30pm from mystic connecticut for the return trip. I called Joe at least 20 times with a hundred questions because I was concerned about the driver showing up on time, having enough space for all of us, etc… He always answered all of my questions happily and thoroughly. His customer service was exceptional! Both the drivers showed up early for the pick up so we were in the limo and on our way by 8:30am and 10:00am. The drivers were all very professional and attentive. Then that evening everyone was very tired(2⁄3 of the group were 76 years old and up!) and were ready to go home. I called Joe to see if they could come an hour earlier then planned. He said they were extremely busy but would try his best and call me right back. He called me back within 5 minutes and said no problem it was arranged and the driver would be there at 8:30pm for us! I really can not tell you how wonderful the whole experience was. I have had horrible experiences in the past with limo services. This was an incredible experience and I can not thank them enough for making my mother’s 80th birthday a worry free event! Thank you Joey for your patience and the wonderful service! Looking forward to the next event!

I called looking for a ride to the airport on 2⁄2 for an early pickup on the 3rd and was declined — not because there were no cars available, but because they didn’t want to take a reservation and get a potential cancelation in the middle of the night. I was told this outright. I was also told all the flights were canceled out of Logan the next morning. I could dispute this because I work for a travel agency and it was certainly not the case. The man on the phone told me that if my husband was to start traveling a lot and start giving them a lot of business he might change his mind but he was not going to at that moment. I let him know that I did work for a travel agency that handled one of his biggest corporate customers. He asked me who and I told him. He told me two of his cancelations were from that company and one guy was going to Chicago and one to JFK. I looked into this and the flight to Chicago WAS canceled due to weather in Chicago as I told him and the flight to JFK was a voluntary cancelation. I still cannot believe I tried to give the local guy a chance and this was the response. Certainly wouldn’t recommend him to any client ever. My husband got another black car service to come for him and his flight took off to Newark without issue. His regular service was booked which is why I was looking for a substitute.

Don’t advertise that you are 24⁄7 if you have to call someone back during regular business hours. People find out they have to travel at all hours of the day and night… Very frustrating when you just need to get home.
