I have been going to DTC for 2 years for a variety of procedures, from wisdom teeth extractions, fillings, and cleanings, and I have never been dissatisfied with my experience. I see Dr. Ronges, and she is just fantastic. She is the best with novocaine I have ever had, knowledgeable, and very sweet. I would recommend her to anyone. The pricing is very fair, they take a ton of insurance, and the girls at the front are great. Overall, a wonderful dentist.

Don’t bother with this place. I’m not going back there. I will first state that the people there are very nice, the hygienists are caring, the dentists do have the best intentions, but… the competence is severely lacking. In the four appointments I had there, in one they mixed my son up with some random kid named Mario at the office, billing me for the wrong child’s treatment. I called about it, figured it was a new person’s clerical error, and all I got for an explanation was the equivalent of «Oops.» Then they screwed up capping my tooth, a treatment which I didn’t even ask for, they did it as a surprise when they were in there extracting a molar… don’t get me wrong, I was grateful, thanked them profusely… again, they had the best intentions… but they ended up cracking it at the root and exposing the nerve while doing so didn’t help me. This tooth had never caused me pain, it had been cracked since I was 9, it didn’t even bother me aesthetically. So after about 2 weeks, it got so constantly painful I had to come back and get it pulled in an emergency appointment. A procedure which they then screwed up by not waiting for the novocaine to work,(they kindly offered to stop mid-procedure, though, I’m sure I’d have felt great with a painful tooth hanging down with a quarter inch of root exposed) as it hurt so badly while they did it I was screaming, and they had to shut the door so I wouldn’t scare the other(victims) patients. The, rather than offering to give me an implant for my troubles, they went ahead charged me $ 350 for a dental flip, talking me into this right after the extraction while I was still in massive pain and not thinking clearly. And because I couldn’t afford the 5k for an implant I went with that, so I wouldn’t look like an effing Jack o lantern after they screwed up my tooth in the first place. Then they took a solid MONTH, after a two week promise, to get the flip in, but had screwed up the fitting and it had to be sent back another MONTHTOBEFIXED. So I had to go through Thanksgiving and Christmas pictures TOOTHLESS. If these guys were a good business, not only would these mistakes not have happened, they’d have offered more than a cursory apology, as recompense, after causing so much pain with their«repair» and shoddy work. Now I’m a toothless hag right out front for the rest of my life, I can’t even bring myself to grin anymore, I’m too self conscious. I know it’s stupid and shallow, but I can’t help it. After the first screw up, I thought they’d handle it, but it wasn’t a fluke, it’s consistent incompetence. Basically, they’re nice, but TAKEYOURBUSINESSELSEWHERE.
