Charlie has been a MA licensed Real Estate Broker since 1975. He opened his independent office, Charlie Smith Realty & Property Management in January 2013. Previously he worked through Paramount Realty Group and other area offices. He is a member of the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors. Charlie is a Graduate Realtors Institute; accredited Buyers Representative; and Broker Price Opinion Resource (National Association of Realtors). Over his business career he has owned several businesses. Among these are Char-​Paul Construction, Overhead Door Company of Worcester, Blackwells Sports Pub of Manning, SC and Wyboo Golf Course of Manning, SC. Charlie is an active member of the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Charlie was born in Clinton, MA. Raised in the Worcester area. Currently resides in Millbury where he has been for 8 years. Graduated high school from Worcester North High. After high school he attended and graduated from both Worcester Junior College and Wentworth Engineering School, Boston. Charlie enlisted in the US Air Force in 1964 and was Honorably discharged in 1968 after serving in the Vietnam War. Charlie works with the VA and many local & national veteran’s organisations. He was married for 36 happy years to the late Pauline Smith who passed away unexpectedly in May 2013. He enjoys golfing, boating and motor home travel.
