Hello… I am writing another review. This time about Boulevard TOWING, not the garage, but I am sure its the same especially after reading some reviews. I have not however read one about the towing so here it goes… this is my PERSONAL experience with this company the end of this past October. I was driving to my parents house from Millbury MA to Marlborough MA on 290E. My motorhome broke down one the side of 2902 minutes outside of the city. I called my roadside, they dispatched Boulevard to tow me. They said to me the tow would be there in about 45 minutes. I was surprised the tow arrived literally 15 minutes after my call. I was indispose in the restroom when they arrived. I felt the whole motorhome move and I thought the e-brake let go… it scared the hell out of me! I would of appreciated someone knocking on the door of the motorhome seeing that it was a motorhome before hooking it all up on the lift! When we were driving to Marlborough, the driver took a sharp left hand turn on my street without noticing that the tow arm wasn’t out far enough to handle that type of turn! Next thing I know I heard scraping and crunching… the driver said«fuck» when I turned around my drivers side front end was crushed in! When we stopped, he told me sorry many times, gave me his business card n told me to call him at 8AM Monday morning. After speaking to my parents they advised me to call my insurance company and inform them of whats going on. I did that that afternoon. When my insurance company called the towing company and spoke to the manager there at 9am that Monday. He told them«he knew nothing of the accident» and would need to speak the that driver.(even thought I know for a FACT that the tow guy spoke to his office as soon as we got to my parents house, then turned the tow truck around!) Once they spoke to the driver, he denied EVERYTHING! I am STILLTOTHISDAY fighting with there insurance company for my deductible! I had to go through my own insurance company to get the over $ 2000 worth of damage covered! DON’T EVERGET A TOW from these people! IF you do… make sure you have a camera to take pictures if something happens! Good luck! XXOO ~ Viola
