Their employees, especially those in store and customer service, can not help with anything except for keeping you wait for hours and having you pay more for a stupid plan. Stay away from AT&T stores and their service!

Typical AT&T. I will say I liked the guy who helped us. Nico was polite, professional, and bygolly was he adorable. Explained the additional charges our bill would see, got my info transferred on my new phone quickly, and listened to my questions. I also appreciated the fact that he didn’t walk away to deal with anyone else while he helped us. That made him a great salesperson in my eyes and made dealing with my bill and phone buying way easier.
