RIGOROUS REVIEW

All of our appraisals go through a rigorous review process, and are seen by at least 3 sets of eyes (at least one of which is a State Certified Appraiser) before they go out to our valued clients. Commercial appraisals are subject to an MAI review.

During prior recessions caused by a similar lack of prudent fiscal decision making, local lenders and the FDIC engaged us to conduct many reviews of such unscrupulous appraisals. Our lack of involvement in such «bad loans» had consistently made us a top choice among such institutions to provide thorough and articulate analysis regarding such issues. We have a broad-​based real estate background consisting of over fifty thousand assignments, involving in excess of twenty-​five billion dollars of real estate over the past thirty years.
