Valvoline Instant Oil Change

First visit. Steve checked me in and was good to explain their process, options, and features of their service. I was in and out in 15 min.

Great guys, friendly and quick service!!! Didn’t have to wait always get right in and know what to do for my vehicle!

This experience was so bad that I am pulling off on the side of the road, in the midst of a business trip, to forewarn other consumers about this facility. I came in for a routine oil change, before commencing the drive back to our home State. The female attendant first argued at length with me on her adamant claim that my 12-​year old Volvo is «required to have [much more expensive] Synthetic Oil, because it is a European car.» I explained that I was the original owner, that we had never used Synthetic Oil in this car, and at 12 years of age and over 100k miles, I was not about to start (a call back to the dealer and consultation of the owners’ manual finally settled the question). Once a plain-​Jane, regular oil change was completed, they brought me an invoice for that «no-​frills» service: $ 66 for a plain oil change!!! My fault, for not asking their standard price, to confirm that this was not a price-​gouging shop, before the work had begun (I foolishly relied upon the Valvoline name as an assurance that the shop would be reputable and fairly priced). BUYER BEWARE of this facility!!!

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Was busy so I had to wait a few minutes before getting in and cars were in line behind me. Good sign if you ask me.
