Ocean State Job Lot of Woonsocket

I am a frequent customer in this store. However, my most recent shopping experience in this store was less than pleasant. I had purchased a set of sheets. The package looked like someone had purchased and returned them. Usually I don’t buy things in that condition for the exact reason I am about to explain.
However, last week I went to buy a sheet set. Bought what I thought was a nice 500 thread count Egyptian Cotton full sized set. It was the last one in the color (purple) and size I wanted. I was hesitant to purchase because I could tell someone had already returned them. I just thought that maybe they didn’t fit the bed and were returned. So, I bought them, reluctantly. I got them home only to find to my disappointment, that the pillowcases were missing from the set. The ignorant dunce who bought them before took the pillow cases and returned the set without the cases. Not only did I not have a complete set, I also had no sheets for my bed! To make matters worse, I paid full price for the sheet set!
Employees, please check your returns before you accept them. If there are multiple pieces, please make sure all the pieces are there. If not, either don’t accept the return, or drastically reduce the price. A five year old can figure that out!

I do not like this store at all. The people who work there are rude and unknowledgable about their products. I was looking for a particular product and there was an empty box in it’s place. I asked an associate if they had more because there were alot of unmarked boxes up on higher shelves. She had no idea and had to get me a manager, when he came he said they had been out of that particular product for MONTHS! You think they would throw away the empty box with the product information and get rid of the price sign! Everytime I see something in the flyer and go to get it they are sold out or never even had it in stock! Save your time and $$. You can find most of their products cheaper at Walmart and even Dollar Tree!!!
