Mario’s Reconditioned Appliances

Well I guess it’s just my luck or something BUT my wife and I went to Mario’s twice. The first time it was at 1:58pm and the place was closed. We returned at 1:30pm yesterday and they may as well have been closed because the guy who was working spent about 10 min on the phone booking a service call ($ 86 for a service call we learned from listening in). After he got off the phone this man made it clear he was trying to close up and get the hell out. He told us right away that they have no used washing machines in stock (NONE …thats comparable to McDonald’s running out of hamburgers… ok maybe thats a stretch), and he then said he’d have Mario call us tomorrow morning (today) to follow up. By the way, we never saw ANY appliances. No sales floor or anything… just a 2×4 office area in a basement. It’s now almost 1pm so safe to say he’s not calling. The message we got upon leaving the shop was «don’t let the door hit ya in the a– on the way out. This and no promised call the next day? NOT a place I want to do business.

Mario did an outstanding job and made himself available very quickly. Part needed came in quickly, job was completed within 24 hours. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Mario again.

Mario does a fabulous job, and is very diversified and knowledgeable. He replaced our dryer vent as the old one was clogged and out of code. The end result was a beautiful, properly installed, perfectly functioning system. Thanks Mario, nice getting to know you.
