I scheduled for someone to come look at my 50 year old gas powered steam boiler for an assessment and tune-​up. Toni came out and did a great job. He lowered the pressure on the system to the proper range (1PSI), pointed out how the system works and why certain rooms were not getting steam (aka 50 year old boilers should be retired). He also found 2 issues, one of which I was already aware of that explained why the efficiency was so low. He was able to give me fair prices for parts and labor and also suggested following up with Mass Save before deciding to spend anything on the system.
All and all, I got a fair price, honest assessment. I would highly recommend.

We previously had our propane delivered by Osterman who were really unreliable.
We asked Consumers Propane to help troubleshoot some problems with our fireplace and take over our propane needs, and they have been wonderful, timely and so professional. Highly recommended!

Full service gas station at self-​serve prices. The young men who work here are efficient and exceptionally polite. How nice in 2014 to gas up and get your windshield washed & your oil checked!

We didn’t actually end up using Consumers because we are converting to gas. However, the customer service was amazing! Richard went out of his way to come to my home and talk to me about the service they could provide and their price is half of what our old company charges! The only reason for the 4 stars is because we didn’t actually end up needing them. If I have propane needs in the future I will definitely call them!
