I have been a customer for years now. Have always used this location due to it being a corporate store and employees always helpful. Not the case today. Ruben was the associate that was suppose to help us. He wouldn’t pull my current account up and compare beside the new one I was looking at. Associate did this for me last time we renewed our contract with no problem. Instead he pulled out a piece of paper and wrote ball park figures. Then told him of issues having with wife’s phone and he wouldn’t accept that there might be an issue with her phone. This store has had the best employees until this one. He should not be placed in a customer service position.

This is the only good Verizon store in the area. I go several miles out of my way to visit this one, because the rest are so bad. They’re friendly, fast, and treat you well.

*CAUTION* A scammer posing as an employee named Yale K tried to get me to give out my personal information after reading my review. Very well could be a store employee using a fake account. Bait and switch scam to get you in the door by annoying you with spam email for a free early upgrade to take your phone and charge you for the«free» one with contract pay off fees. I can wait three months and my contract is up to free me to choose a less shady carrier. I can also get a free phone from vzw online and sell my old one for a 2 year reup at this point. Stay out of this store, the sales people are slimy and dishonest, only wanting to seal up a deal.

Very good service today in Woodstock. I needed to activate the new iphone I had ordered online. I didn’t buy anything at this store, but the the service was still great. They even got a chair for me, and helped me to the door because I had an injured knee.

I have to echo the review from fellow reviewer Ronica. I had a similar experience with Ruben. He spent quite a while helping me with different plans and phones and when we discovered that our contract with a competitor didn’t expire until November, he was gracious and gave us his card and said he’d look for us then. Great customer service from this individual.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times I was helped by Ruben Garnes, who was so incredibly pleasant, helpful and informative. He is clear in communicating pros/cons of different phones and accessories and explained the differences between plans clearly as well. I felt as though I was dealing with a consultant vs a sales person and I highly recommend him!

Poor service, unfriendly and unhelpful. Do not go to this store! They did not even offer a suggestion for my problem but said my phone had pressure point damage. They said there was no way to prove it, but they could not have it looked at by a warranty technician either. It is well worth the drive to Alpharetta. My phone doesn’t even have a scratch on it. It is a shame that their service is so poor, especially in this economy.
