The Arias brothers (who might be twins, I can never tell them apart) do a great job on hemming pants. They only charge $ 8/​piece and I always go back to them even though I live in Brooklyn now. Great turn around too, usually within a day or two.
My only complaint is that they missed up the stitching on one of my coats but they were eager to fix it.
