Rosita Tinoco, Founder and CEO

I started in the real estate business in 1997 as an assistant in a leasing department. There I learned to negotiate a lease, manage owners and tenants to reach an agreement. Finding that I had a natural talent in this field, I decided to do something productive with it.

In 1998 I opened Solucion Rapida Multiservice in Sunnyside, Queens. Starting my own business with the help of only one person, my brother. Now, after a decade we have grown and are still expanding thanks to the trust that our customers have instilled in us. Also with the support of 8 executives and 15 associates, who dedicate in providing our custo-​mers the best service.

We strive to be the number one leasing company in Queens and Brooklyn, it’s a pleasure to serve both the landlord and the tenant, so that the two are satisfied with our service.
