dr santos is a highly educated woman. she is well known in the Filipino community and most Filipinos have her as their PCP. She runs many clinics as well as other businesses. The wait time to be seen may be long but that’s because she has a high volume of patients that goes both ways in dedication and commitment. People often forget there is only one doctor here LOL hence why at times there might be a long wait. she’s tells the truth and may be brutally honest but that’s because she doesn’t like to sugar coat the real deal. If you can’t handle a outspoken doctor she might not be for you. But if you love blunt and genuine doctors, then she’s your person.

Dr. Santos was a great doctor but now she is barely around. Not to mention the long wait for your appointment. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment when you have to wait almost 2 hours? And then only to find out that you will be seeing the physician’s assistant instead. I agree with the previous reviews it’s time to find a new doctor!

Very bad service especially for a healthcare field! Unprofessional, poorly managed and below standard of care! Very obvious that they are just in for the business aspect and not for patient care! Very disgusted overall and portrays bad image for health care industry!

Dr. Santos is an excellent doctor, but has now just about given up her practice to a physician’s assistant. He just does not know how to talk to people. In addition, her staff tells you the doctor will be there for your appointment, but it turns out, she is not there. This is NYC, there are a lot of doctors in this town, so time to move on.
