Pephoto

PE Photo has been in NYC for more than 20 years from the days of yellow signs and red letters displaying the prices for photo prints, photo negatives, and $ 1 extra for doubles inside of a lightly pasted envelope. Chances are If you’ve ordered prints from a shop in NYC that wasn’t CVS, Duane Reade, or Rite Aid that you’ve already have done business with PEphoto and not aware of it. Over the past few years the have merged with a company called LifePics that has it’s own website and has slightly higher prices and also offer more services than Pephoto originally did.
Pros:
PE photo offers some of the lowest prices for photo developing online. Quick turnaround.
Cons:
Their desktop software is a bit cluttered and in need of an upgrade to a more flexible interface that gives the user more control of their images.
