Charged my credit card, and I never received the product.

What you order is not what you get. I ordered one product recently and was shipped an inferior product. I demanded that they ship the product that was confirmed on the order receipt as I needed it for production and they would not respond. No one answers their phone, I left 2 voicemails in 2 days, no one responds to emails sent to admin, sales, billing, etc… also have not heard back from their own website «contact us» feature to create a ticket.
Next step is to contact the credit card company and reverse the charges until I hear from someone.

These guys are horrible.
Just check the BBB site: they have an F rating.
They erroneously cancelled my order after authorizing my card saying that the hard drive i ordered is out of stock, when i called them, they said it was mistake and that they’ll speak to the warehous manager and get back to me, which they never did.
They have since not answered their phones once and no update.
These guys are a fraudulent company as far as I am concerened.
