Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Salt Lake City

The company I work for has employed a few cleaners from Vanguard Cleaning Systems for over a year, and I would HIGHLY recommend seeking another cleaning service!!!
For starters. The first family that would come through to clean our offices were caught stealing from our desks and our supply room quite often. When reported to Vanguard, nothing was ever done, nor said to even let you remotely believe that it won’t happen again. They would show up late, they would never vacuum the entire floor, just the first few feet of it. Their dusting method was just a wet mop that they’d slap onto the services, which would just toss the dust and dirt all over the place.
That family was replaced, thankfully, and a new crew was brought in which was even worse. The new crew would come in even later than the last, if they showed up at all. We pay them to come in 3 times a week, and yet, we haven’t seen them for over 2 months. but Vanguard is still sending their bills out. When notified that their cleaning crew hasn’t shown up, no explanation or apology is ever given, they just expect you to continue to pay. The new family, when they do show up, will continually bring their children in to do the work for them (child labor laws, anyone?). And we’re not talking teenagers. I mean, they’re bringing in children that look to be no more than 10 years old.
I can’t complain enough about this thieving company and lazy employees. Do yourself (or your business) a HUGE favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE!
