Edible Arrangements

I work for a non-​profit agency and use tax exempt forms for all business purchases. I called the sales associate before I made the online purchases and advised her of my non profit status. She said it was okay and advised me to fax the form. I did and I was still charged taxes. Unacceptable I use this form all the time with reputable companies. This is not rocket science. I called and she sounds frantic out of breath and asked that I fax the form again. Really? I’m disputing the charges with my business manager and calling the corporate office immediately.
I just purchased over $ 300 worth of arrangements are you serious!
They get one star… yes one. The arrangements were beautiful, however the driver unapologetically arrived late. No apologies for the delay. Nothing.
We’re done. I will never ever do business with this location again. Seriously call another franchise, the staff is lacking in credibility and professionalism.

I ordered a gift for my friends birthday. I get a call on the day they were supposed to be delivered I answer to some man I couldn’t understand him he was calling me «mami» so I hung up on him. I called edible arrangements telling them I wanted my friend to recieve her gift it was a hassle calling this store and corporate back and forth for an hour! she received her gift the next day, I was never offered and money back or coupons nothing. So my friends surprise gift was ruined. This happened to me a year ago when I ordered my cousin a gift from this company she lived in Virginia at the time and she never got her gift and didn’t recieve it until a week later than it was expected!

Where do I start… My mother was sent an arrangement from this location for her 65^th birthday. The arrangement was left outside alone in our drive way in 90+ degree weather (wish I was making this up). If that was insulting enough to find once we got up to the delivery the very vase carrying the arrangement was broken and the arrangement was melted. The saddest thing about the entire situation was my mother was home nobody can to ring the front be or the side door it was as if the just pulled up to the house and literally dumped it off. My 93 year old grandmother called from the Virgin Islands to make this order special for my mom. They did not even have a valid reason as to why of how this happened. Ohh yes my sister and I had to drive to the store pick up the new arrangement.

Find a different one to order from. For my birthday, my friend ordered me a gift basket from this place and specified that I would be leaving for a party at 4 PM so it had to arrive before then. Of course it did not so we spent the next two hours trying to get them to find the driver and deliver it to the party. Then they promised it would arrive by 7 PM but it didn’t arrive until 8PM. When the driver finally came, of course there was no apology. And he brought his girlfriend on the delivery! Ew, the possibility of what they might have been doing in that delivery truck grosses me out. They should get negative 5 stars for their customer service! Edible Arrangements is a good franchise, just don’t use the one in Woodmere. Thanks for stressing me out on my birthday!

Got deliveries from them on a number of occasions. Fresh and tasty. Recommend!!!
