History

Established in 2012.

Blade Runners LLC was established in January of 2012 by a retired military veteran from the 101st ABN Division. One of our goals when we created the company was to provide a high level of service and an outstanding finished product while keeping everything as convenient as possible for our customers. This basic approach has led us to become an overwhelming success with our customers and has led to many referrals and positive comments by our current customer base.

Shane Force is a military veteran of 20 years and has served as an overseas security contractor with Triple Canopy, SOC-​SMG, KBR, and DynCorp International. He has been married for 26 years to his loving wife Sarah Ingram Force, who also co-​owns/​operates Blade Runners LLC.

Last summer, I called to set up a time to have Blade Runners LLC come out to overseed my lawn. I was given a price and was told to call and schedule an appointment. I called and left a couple of messages, however the summer slowly came to an end without ever being followed up with.
I decided to try again this year and called these guys in early spring to inquire about their lawn overseeding service again. I managed to catch the owner on his cell phone, but was told that it was too early, and that I should call back when the temperatures rise.
I called back about 3 weeks ago, however, all I got was a voicemail box that was full and could not accept messages. Instead, I left an email message via their website along with a quote request. It has now been 2 weeks, and I have yet to receive a follow up regarding my inquiry.
To be honest, at this point I would be happy with a call telling me that they just don’t want to provide me with their services. Anything would be better than being completely blown off. Either way, it looks like they just don’t need the work. I will try a different company instead.
To be fair, they did come out early last summer to aerate my lawn, and did a fine job though.

I called this company four weeks ago for a yard clean-​up to start the spring. I left a message on voicemail and they called me back and gave me an estimate for the yard work. They cut the grass, but did not clean up fallen limbs and the pine cone piles we had previously raked. They did measure our front bed for an estimate for cleaning it out and laying new barrier and mulch. Three weeks and multiple phone calls and voicemails later, we have not heard back from the company, not even a courtesy call to let us know they would not be able to follow up with the estimate, much less the actual work.
