Never again.
This place is a joke; unfortunately, their prices are all too real.
If I could get them charged with fraud, and get my money back, it still wouldn’t give me back the hour and a half if my life which was lost wiring for them to finish.
BTW — I took my care before they finished with the basic package. I couldn’t take it any longer!

I pulled in at 8:40 and there were 3 vehicles in front of me… I ordered «The Works» wash. There were only 3 employees working the drying area and none of them, including the supervisor, were moving quickly at all. At 10:15 am… YEP… 10:15 am… I had to go over and take my keys away from the kid who was still «working» on my car and leave without it even being finished… I cant believe how much this place has gone down.

This place has been the best place in woodland for a car wash for a very long time. Not any more. Over priced and slow. Not enough people working but a lot of people standing around. Bathrooms smell like urine, tiles falling off walls. New ownership has ruined this place and it’s a shame.

I now remember how bad my last experience was here… no improvement. Unless you have 3 or more hours for an oil change and car wash this isn’t the ideal location. I’m trying to figure out why they are so slow… there is no hussel. nor does there appear to be enough staff… there are people standing in line to complain. I can’t speak to the quality of the wash as I am pulling my car from the line prior to completion. I won’t be back. if you have the time it probably isn’t a bad place. I’m 1.5 hours in and my car just went into the wash. and there was only 1 car in front of me… hysterical

Employees are very amiable. However, I did not like the work. My car wasn’t vacuum correctly. Also it looked like they did the work like if they were in a rush. Especially for the price I paid. I would not recommend this place to my friends.

they won’t honor my wash card which still has washes left. that’s no matter which of my vehicles i want washed (truck or car).
they also will not wash my f150 with a lumber rack at all. previous owner turned off the top scrubber. these boneheads wont even run my truck thru with top spin scrubber off.
so i have a gift card with credit left. they say i cannot get a refund since the gift card was purchased from previous ownership. doesn’t california have a law which gift cards cannot expire? even if the business was purchased ! ! i think we need a class action lawsuit.
because this ownership will not honor previous gift cards, nor refund balances, my recommendation: do not use this crappy car wash. go to sparkles car wash a few blocks away across road 102 from costco.

This is the worst car wash have ever been to, I waited over 50 minutes and my car had not gone through the wash. The prices are too high. I fail to comprehend how they can charge so much for a horrible service.

Worst wash ever. I go here all the time, a couple weeks ago I received a pretty bad wash. But. I let it slide because it was the first time. This time they couldn’t except my card unless I went in because of not having a chip reader, so they took my brand new 2015 f150 through with out me, got water inside, broke my antenna off, left streaks and dirt all over, and messed up the seats. This place has gone to hell.

Took my car for window tinting and I was amazed by how well Christopher did my windows! Seemed like my back window could be a challenge since it was a tight space however he did such a good job there were no bubbles or marks. So happyyy

I stopped by the other day and noticed that they do window tinting here now too! Chris is the main guy for tinting and he did a great job on my Corolla!
I got 35%‘s all around for a very affordable price! He’s super friendly and was great through the entire process. You can call him for quotes at (530) 650‑6123.
Also, the massage chairs inside were definitely a plus!

I have a local business and have been using Sundance for many years. Recently I had my oil changed there and the technician didn’t tighten the drain plug and I lost most of the oil while driving home. As soon as I discovered the issue I called and they came out the next day to replace my drain plug and filled it back with oil but I was very concerned about engine damage. The owner offered some free oil changes but would not consider anything else in case my engine needed replacement or a rebuild. He was very abrupt and disconcerned with my issue and didn’t care about any resolution. DO NOT USE SUNDANCE. I have many vehicles in my business and I am now using a competitor in town. Mr. Lee is a very poor businessman and cares nothing about customer service or relations. I’d give him a zero rating if I could.

Worst experience we’ve ever had at this place. We have always gone here and never had any issues. This time we go and the guy that is supposed to be taking the kind net by the vacuums was rude and tells us he can’t take cards only cash at this time. So my husband goes in and the woman at the cash register tells him the wash and go is $ 15! The sign said $ 9 and why would I pay $ 15 when I can get the inside done too for $ 14!?! That makes no sense. She was rude as well and tells home sorry sir I don’t make the prices. I called to talk to the manager and surprisingly enough she was «busy». Not sure if we will be back.

I have been coming here for a few years now and now I probably will never go back. The last two times I have taken my truck there and have had to rewash it when I get home because they have done a terrible job. Windows still dirty and car not vacuumed and I paid 40 bucks for the service. They don’t even deserve the one star…

This place has really gone down hill. Took my truck for a wash and they did a horrible job. Didn’t even wipe down the front end or vaccum properly. I wouldn’t mind if I had paid for a $ 10 wash, but I paid for a $ 30 plus wash. Brought it to the managers attention and he gave me a free wash. Thought I’d give them another shot and brought it back. They did another horrible job. I’m not a picky person, but it seems they don’t even try! Take your car elsewhere.

Had the works done today. Wash inside and out and an oil change. It’s nice not having to go to separate places for each thing. That’s the good part, bad part is that the oil service is over priced about 15.00. And for the price of cleaning the inside I could have done myself I know it was a mess but there shouldn’t be crumbs everywhere like I do on my own lol. That’s said the outside was super clean and They had a little courtyard for my kids to stay entertained in so??? Might come back and give it another try in a few months?

Priced from $ 9 to $ 39, with a $ 3 upcharge for trucks and SUV’s. I was met with a friendly greeting, they got my name for the tag, and the upcharge was explained upfront. I prefer a name to a number and hate surprises at the register so all was going well so far. There’s a little gift shop and convenience store type drinks and snacks inside at about the same price. The car wash was great, with attention to the small details. I like that they have a supervisor out front checking the work while it’s in progress. It keeps the car owner from having to comment on what got missed when the attendants get busy, and if its something small she takes care of it herself. Discount coupons are online at

I’ve been washing my car at Sundance ever since I became a car-​owner. I absolutely love their service! From the minute the front attending takes your key to the finishing touches on the other end, the staff is really friendly, prompt, and I never find any missing details to my car. The price is also really good, compared to the skyrocket rates of ie the bay area.
A big plus is the free wi-​fi in the inside lobby, which makes waiting go by so much faster. Thank you Sundance!
