Established in 2004.

In 2007 — a few good friends in the real estate business got together when we realized we wanted to create a completely different experience for our clients. Thus we created Bella Vie Real Estate — funny name but we truly wanted «to help create a beautiful life for all whom we are able to serve»…

From the moment you walk through the front door you will instantly feel welcome — I understand the process of buying or selling a home can be very stressful and daunting, so by creating a living room environment in my office I want each and every one of my clients to feel comfortable. Some clients just pop in for a cup of coffee and to chat!

Business Owner

My name is Katie Cleaver. I am a full time Real Estate Advisor, and one of the owners at Bella Vie Real Estate. I have been advising clients about home sales and home purchases for over 10 years. I truly enjoy what I do and look forward to each and every opportunity I receive to help people achieve their goals.

I am currently serving as a Director on the Yolo County Board of Realtors. As such, I continuously strive to give back to this Community that I was born and raised in.

I have a BA from University of Oregon, and am a huge Duck Fan. i enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, wakeboarding, riding horses and pretty much anything outside.

At home, I have two children — Grace & Gannon and my husband, Sean. Grace is 11 and stays busy with soccer and loves to ride her horse any chance she gets. Gannon is 9 and loves to play baseball and football.

Sometimes it can be challenging, but I love keeping balanced with my family life and my career.
