When I started doing the book keeping for my husband’s company, I thought I knew what I was doing. Shortly after opening our Quickbooks Online account I realized that I would be needing a lot of help. That’s when I gave Dan at Entesol a call. We spent several hours on the phone together doing screen sharing sessions, with him guiding me through everything from the setup of accounts, and the proper way to do invoicing to explaining how the general ledger works and how to read the many reports that can be generated in Quickbooks. Dan was unrelenting in making sure any questions that I had were answered and if he didn’t know the answer, he was sure to find it by the end of the day. Even using a bookkeeping program that he wasn’t familiar with he remained confident and didn’t let it slow him down. Dan is patient, punctual, and very easy to talk to and work with.
