A1 Tree Service

Do NOT employ this service! The owner and crew showed up 2 hours late, stayed for less than 2 hours, then took a 2 hour lunch. So it took them all day to do a job that other companies will take about 2 – 3 hours for the whole job. The owner also had me make out the check to an employee, this did raise an alarm with me.
They also agreed to do the haul away, because they fished trimming the tree after dark I asked them to return the next day, but it is now 2 days later and they have not showed up to do it, so I have been forced to spend more money to have another company come out and finish their job. This company does not own a large truck with a chipper, so the make multiple trips hauling a pickup load at a time to the dump 30 minutes away from the house.
This company is in no way affiliated with A1 Quality Tree and Landscape, so don’t be fooled. Apparently this company goes door to door for business, and has no business cards. I did check with the Better Business Bureau and they were given a «no rating» .
I have tried calling the owner several times in the last two days, but am met with excuses as to why they have not come to finish.
