I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Administrator and A+ Certifed Hardware technican with 15 years expereince in the field. My office is in the Warner Center Towers. I sublet space from a law firm I work part time for as their Network Admin. That means I don’t have a storefront for customers, however I do have curb side drop off and pick up and usually can turn around your computer in one day.

Mark is an exceptional person! Let him know what I needed on my Macbook Pro and he gave me the options he thought were best. My computer was running all stock hardware and i needed something faster for video/​audio software. Mark was in contact with me through the whole process and even came to my office to pick up the computer. The job was done the next day and Mark came and dropped it off at my house! I’m in love with my computer all over again. WOW! Now, that is service. If you need any computer services, hit this guy up!

I was stuck, everyone I called, or was referred to could not help me with my Mac network problem. Mark Calle really blew me away. He knew exactly what my problem was and within an hour I was all reconfigured and up and running. My house is very automated so good networking is very important to all my devices. Mark is a wizard when it comes to this. No more need to go to Apple for my problems!

Mark helped me transfer all my files from my broken laptop (which couldn’t be viewed from the damaged laptop screen display) onto my new laptop. He also installed some virus protection. He remained professional and in contact about the status of my laptop and even dropped it off at my office, which was nearby, since I wouldn’t have been able to pick it up until the next week otherwise. Very knowledgeable and efficient!

My problem:
1GB of memory running Windows XP — Home edition svc pack 3 on Dell Dimension 3000 Desktop. Computer would hang after I worked on any application after 5 minutes. Either the hourglass would pop-​up and the computer would hang or the computer would just freeze.
Solution: called Calle Computer Consulting. Mark Calle (Owner/​Technician) fixed my computer in less than 24 hours.
If I had gone to the Geek Squad or any other Large Computer Retailer they would have charged me ALOT to backup my data and then pay extra to install Windows 8 (since Best Buy doesn’t support Windows XP anymore) and to install extra memory, etc. This would have cost way too much money and wasted a lot of my time.
Note: He runs his office/​workshop out of the offices of another firm located in Warner Center. You will drive up to this complex and he’ll meet you in person and hand you his card and you can give him your machine. It seems a bit unorthodox since one would like to see where the office/​workshop is, but this is out of his control. He is professional and sincere. He will give you updates concerning the progress of the repair via e-​mail, txt, and/​or phone.
Advice I gave to Mark, add your picture to your website so people see who they are dealing with.
Resolution: My machine is running as good as new.

I had several issues with my computer. But, the most important and probably the scariest issue, was that it seemed as if it may crash at any minute. Also, it was moving extremely slow. Anyway, I called several different computer consulting companies and Mark was one of them. I sensed immediately that this guy knew exactly how to help me and he communicated in a way that I could understand. YIPPEE! Needless to say I dropped the computer off the next day… and to my delight he provided curbside service!

Absolutely recommend these guys. My mother in laws computer was overflowing with all kinds of ridiculousness, and had slowed her machine to a crawl. I tried cleaning up the mess, but I’m more of a MAC guy, and could only do so much. I had heard about Calle through a friend, and checked them out. There were a few other positive reviews, so we took her PC in, and it’s like a brand new machine.
Sincerely appreciate all the help from the guys while we were out there, and would use them again in a heartbeat. Though hopefully we won’t have to!

Unfortunately I can’t speak of Mark’s work (yet), but I can speak highly of him. Mark is friendly and personable, and extremely dependable. He is knowledgeable about IT «stuff» (non-​technical person over here!), but is able to explain things in a way that makes sense to people like me. I’m in San Diego, so it won’t be convenient to have him stop by and troubleshoot, but I won’t think twice about calling him up and getting his opinion.

I had an issue with my laptop (it wouldn’t hold a charge, and would die as soon as the power cord was unplugged). I took it to the Apple Store and they essentially told me to buy a new computer since it was past it’s applecare warranty. A friend had recommended Mark, so I gave him a call.
Right away he knew what the issue was, and said he could take care of it. I work crazy hours, so Mark drove to meet me and pick up my computer from my office. Service doesn’t get much better than that!
He figured out the issue in a day, charged a fair price, and even offered me a discount on accessories I needed (like a new charger!). He also offered solutions for making my computer run faster. When I got the computer back, it was like new.
Honestly, it doesn’t get much better than this guy. He’s smart, honest, fair, and extremely well-​educated when it comes to computers. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to all my friends.

I had an old laptop that was overflowing with spyware and viruses. The second I connected to the Internet, the screen would fill up with pop-​ups. My «genius» friend tried some basic reformatting, which did not do anything except wipe out my Wi-​Fi driver.
Found Calle Consulting through Unilocal :) Came in on a Monday and dropped off the laptop. Went back there Friday — Great Job!!! The laptop started as fast as it used to when I first bought it, my WiFi was alive again and there were no more pop-​ups when I connected to the internet.
