There is so much I could write in this review to that I had difficulty keeping it under a couple hundred words. I’m permanently disabled since 2003 due to failed back surgeries.
I hired two awful but well-​paid divorce attornies & in addition to that, I hired a fully incompetent BK atty that kept me & what little $ I had on a string for almost 4 years until I realized (sadly) it had come time to hire a new BK atty or I’d be sued & w/​no real representation.
I had no one to turn to for a referral but happened upon Mr. Michael Raichelson’s firm on line. It must have been «God sent» because as reluctant as I was to hire yet another BK atty, I must have hit the jack pot w/​Michael.
He listened, he was polite, informative, articulate & made me feel at home & in good hands. He explained everything in detail, advised of all my options, told me not to worry anymore, that all would be taken care of.
Michael carried through on all his promises and had the whole BK handled and my debts discharged within a few short months (all this while moving his office location).
I’m so very grateful to him for being upfront & honest with me. His fee was very fair, in my opinion.
If ever I’m asked for a BK referral, I will most definitely recommend Mr. Raichelson. Very professional. Very trustworthy. Truly, a gentleman who put my mind at ease.
