If youre looking for a great place to sit down and get some work done, here is the place to go. The atmosphere is laid back and has comfortable furniture for long periods of sitting. The coffee tastes great and is complementary to the vibe given off by this fine establishment, check it out!

Let me start by saying that coffee is VERY, VERY important to me. Piping hot or cool and blended, IT’S ALLGOOD! I wish the Woodland Hills area had more stores, but I digress… This location is my favorite! The staff remembers your order, is always smiling and polite. A lovely young lady named Carol took my order the other day & asked if I wanted«light ice». I had ordered that before & it might seem silly, but I appreciated it. Nowadays, we are made to feel like just another faceless, unimportant customer but here I feel valued & appreciated. Now if they just would install some massaging chairs… aaahhhh, heaven!

I go here for their Vanilla Blended with whip cream! It’s so yummy. This location offers a larger variety of food & baked goods to choose from and they have plenty of seating inside or outdoors. Good spot to bring your lap top and get some work done.

This place is not your every day Coffee bean experience. Unfortunately its the worst Coffee bean Ive been to. I work in the complex its located in, and I prefer simple black coffee, no sweetner, fraps or whips or chino’s. They cant seem to just brew a decent, basic pot of coffee. Im sure their caffeinated milkshakes hit the spot. But if they cant make a simple black coffee, somethings wrong! in the 5 years Ive been working there, It always tastes like re-brewed beans,(ive heard of refried beans, but rebrewed??)so then I gotta add(against my preference) a ton of sweetner to offset the nasty regurgitated, recycled coffee taste. What gives, are you not cleaning something regularly? Thats a frightening thought in itself. In the last few years I only go there if Im seriously sleep deprived, and even then I have to flip a coin if I really want to endure more of their novice brew-ology or just catch a few extra winks in my car. The staff seem very nice, but a bit vapid, and by my experience lately seem to enjoy socializing more then serving their customers, and working the line. I think this store is the closest in proximity to Pierce college where Im sure they acquire most of their staff. Im hoping if thats the case, they are better students then they are employees. Im not a huge fan of Starbucks but the store about a block away is at least consistent every time in the flavor dept. As I said this store is not indicative of the average CB&TL experience. Had this location not been in the middle of an office park with about a dozen large companies within walking distance, I think this store would be suffering from poor sales. Yet they probably do well despite their lackluster cofee, which is very sad to me, because it encourages mediocre product, and mediocre service. I have a CB&TL closer to my home that knows how to do it. Unfortunately they arent at my work.

I like this location. Friendly staff, clean, and plenty of room to grab a seat. Only down side on weekends they open later and usually under staffed. So if you’re in a hurry don’t come here. Otherwise I love it! :)

I used to really like Coffee Bean. I used to go there pretty much daily to get my winter dream tea latte fix. Lately though. I don’t know if the quality of products has gone down, if it’s my hormones, the Sun or Moon. I don’t know what it is, I just don’t think the quality is the same. On my last three visits I have been disappointed. I’ll start with the time I ordered a chai tea latte with soy milk. The barista asked me how to make it. She asked me if I wanted it with a tea bag or with cold liquid? She didn’t know what the difference was, and neither did I, obviously so I said cold liquid as it was pretty busy and there was no time to taste test or google what the difference would be. I wish I had ordered a glass of water. It tasted like mud. It was probably the worst coffee drink I’ve ever had in all my years of existence. I thought maybe the walk back to work would morph it into something magical like a unicorn or a rainbow heaven. Nope. Didn’t happen. A co– worker was kind enough to take it back for me and have them make me something else, which they did. That was decent enough. On my next visit I went for a vanilla blended drink. It seemed to satisfy me, it was not bad, until I got to my desk and looked at the cup more closely. Oh I didn’t know my drink came with a side of hair. What a treat. I’ve always wanted to try a blended vanilla drink infused with hair at 7 months pregnant. I almost threw up. I was thisclose, but because I am a lady and everyone at work was gathered around me horrified and checking their drinks, I had to compose myself and not barf all over my company. A kind co-worker took it back immediately for me and they were kind enough to make me a large of something else. It was okay. I was still pretty grossed out so I just ended up not drinking it at all. On my very last visit I didn’t order a drink, I ordered a sandwich. Can’t go wrong with a sandwich there, they are very good. After eating my delicious sandwich a co– worker asked me if I had grabbed some napkins, I said sure you need? She just wanted to check them because hers had what appeared to be either dried blood or some sort of red sauce, maybe chocolate? I don’t know, but that pretty much sealed the deal for me. I could deal with un delicious drinks, because they are pretty good at making something else, but when you start finding things that aren’t supposed to be there. that’s when I start walking the longer route to Starbucks.

This location is awesome! Not only because I work in the building right across, but also because the staff makes it the best! They always make sure the line isn’t too long, the drinks are always made to your liking and just very welcoming. The other day they had a very big order which made my drink take longer than usual and without me complaining or saying anything, I was given a $ 5 gift card with an apology that it took too long. Talk about customer service!

It is hard to not be a «regular» of this location when I work so close to it. The barristas are most always friendly and greet me with smiles in the morning. I usually get the same thing every time I show up. If you are looking for a good pick me up, try getting a vanilla ice blended, half powder, extreme and add ultimate(beans). No need for added whip cream unless you really enjoy it. At night when its cold, I recommend their hot pomegranate blueberry tea latte. Yum!

I like this coffee bean. The drinks are always made right and the staff are very nice. They open up late on Saturday and Sunday but besides that. They are top notch. My favorite drink is the iced white chocolate latte.

First time at this coffee bean and I really enjoyed it. Came at 5pm, and was really slow and quiet(probably because the local businesses were already gone). pros: *Servers/staff were all very friendly(welcoming, cheerful, and helpful) *Inside seating(outlets nearby) *outside seating *very clean(bathrooms and the the place… In an hour staff went to check restrooms often) *passed out samples(pumpkin Ice blended– yum!) Con: *charge for parking(first 20 min free, validate. 1hour, and nearby restaurants validate 2 hrs).

I go to this location pretty often since it’s a quick stop before heading into the office. The servers are really nice. Despite the fact that there are tons of offices nearby and they get alot of customers I don’t normally have to wait long for my drink. Parking is free for 15 minutes. So I’m usually in and out by then.

Every time I’ve been to this coffee bean I’ve gotten excellent service. It’s not the biggest coffee bean but it serves its purpose. Although I’m not a fan of their iced drinks I love their hazelnut Mocha. It gets packed at lunch so avoid the crowds and come after 2 or before 11. :)

This is a pretty good CBTL. My Honey lives across the street so its very very convenient. Coffee: I love the Iced Dark Chocolate coffee’s. Love, Love Love them Staff: The staff here are friendly and helpful. Food: Pepper jack Coissant — YUMMY. heat it up and its even better. I stuffed mine with proscuitto and havarti and grilled it for a minute at home. Made the best ham and grilled cheese sandwich. Red Velvet Cupcake — YUCK Unless you like crusty butter cream frosting, don’t bother with the Red Velvet cupcake. Took one bite and threw it away. Wasn’t even worth the calories. The cake was dry and bland, frosting is NOT Cream cheese which it should be, and it was a bit old as it was crusty and not great quality because it was gritty. MIGHTNOTBEOPENONSUNDAYS. We tried to call from 6 am to 745 am and received no response. Due to their location we think they may be closed on Sunday.

I work right next to this Coffee Bean location and have been coming here for years. This isn’t a great place to go study considering it is in a business center where a few thousand employees work and rush here to get coffee. The staff is always friendly and get to know you after a while.
