Food is good as expected. Customer service on the other hand they have no idea what that is. Noemi on of the employees was rude and didnt know what she was charging. She needs to learn about what she is selling at subway. and learn how to respond to customers. I am very upset, i rather drive 5 blocks elsewhere then come here because this was an awful experience.

Went to the Subway on the corner of Victory and Fallbrook in Woodland Hills today. They have a big banner across the front of their store. Big Hot Pastrami. There is a poster on their door. Big Hot Pastrami. There are two signs in their store Big Hot Pastrami. So I went up to the counter and said«Big Hot Pastrami.» The lady behind the counter said«We don’t have pastrami.»

This location is on the corner of victory and Fallbrook across the street from the Wal-Mart, target, and kohl’s shopping center. This location is pretty much next to everything, you have the grocery stores, shopping stores, gas stations, EVERYTHING. Although this subway is a little small, it doesn’t really make a difference if your just going to grab a bite to eat. Not really sure if I want to grab a sandwich next to a smoke shop… but whatev’s. The customer service in here was good because I was the only one here at the time so I guess it was great. Other than the smoke shop next door, this place is okay for a subway.

Great service. Came to this area for an oil change at pepboys woodland hills with a friend. Came for a snack, people here are nice. They recommended me good items on the menu. Coffee was really good and fresh. Good job. Keep it up!

They charge you full price on their specials, when you catch them, they don’t apologize, and still they try to cheat you out of your money. Most people accept paying the full price because they are embarrassed in asking for the special price. This policy of charging you full price hoping you don’t catch them, probably comes from the franchise owner, so don’t eat here.
