Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your child at the same time! They offer a complete head-to-toe workout, while your child comes along for an interactive stroller ride.
Stroller Strides welcomes all fitness levels and provides workouts for pregnant, recently postpartum, and nursing moms, as well as higher-intensity options for those who really want to see dramatic changes in their post-baby bodies. The workout includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified instructors, it’s a great workout for any level of exerciser. Moms need to be 6 weeks postpartum, and children should be stroller-aged. They also coordinate a monthly Moms’ Night Out and a variety of community and charity events. Stroll off the pounds and get in shape at Stroller Strides!
