This place will take your money if they get a chance. We called them about an old Plotter. They sent over a guy who Spencer later told us was INEXPERIENCED and was fired due to his horrible service to us. (We have this on voicemail to prove it.) The guy who first came to maintenance was here for only 15 – 20 minutes. He advised we needed a part to fix the machine and would return the next day and there would be no additional charges. At this point, he wouldn’t leave without payment. He sat in our Reception area until he got paid. He never came back, we called and left various messages and I talked to a female receptionist a few times and advised someone would be scheduled. We received a Voicemail from Spencer finally. Stating that he apologizes for sending an inexperienced person over to us and he would come down himself to check out the machine. The Voicemail also said he had to special order the part we needed. He never came the day he said he would. We called for a week and nothing. Finally he randomly decides to show up. Tells me and my coworker that the first guy that came was inexperienced and was fired due to this incident. He also told us that he SHOULDN’T have taken our money since he didn’t do anything. This all coming from the Senior Service Engineer. In the end he said the part actually needed was too expensive and not worth it. Okay, so you send over someone who doesn’t know what they are doing, they took our check and it was cashed right away, and now you are saying you can’t get us the part like you stated over the phone. Yet he’s trying to help still??? What a joke. Of course we were angry. It took a month for someone to FINALLY come back and check our plotter. He called my boss a bitch and said he’ll have his attorney contact us. My boss told him to go ahead and do that. We have a voicemail full of lies, and he repeatedly advised that an INEXPERIENCED Service Engineer was sent over. How do you admit to that, and then call my boss a Bitch and say you are still trying to help? If you do call these guys, DON’T PAY unless you actually get service. Don’t believe their bullshit or that they will be coming back. They took $ 270 from us, and Spencer came back to make himself feel better, and didn’t do shit for us in the end. WAY TO SCAM PEOPLE GUYS. Definitely not going to trust someone who hires unqualified people. And have some integrity. Fix your unqualified employees mistake instead of trying to blame us for having an old plotter.
UPDATE: It’s amusing how Spencer doesn’t justify that he sent someone who is unqualified who he told us was fired and also told us shouldn’t have taken our money. LOL Let’s just ignore that fact right? Let’s ignore the fact that YOUR unqualified employee gave us false information and lied to us. And we are the aggressive and remorseful ones? You may have tons of happy customers but that doesn’t justify your wrong to one customer. And he wants to speak about Professionalism? How is calling your Customer whom you took money from a Bitch, Professional? He was on the phone with his Reception and told them she was being a Bitch. So rude. That was the point where my boss got mad and told you to get out. And then you still had the nerve to come back in threatening us AGAIN with your Attorneys. At least MAN UP to what you said and did and stop making it seem like it was all us. Have dignity.

Don’t use these guys! They came out for 15 mins to fix a plotter charged us $ 270 which included a pre-​payment for a part that we did not need nor did we receive. They were supposed to come out the next day to fix the plotter and didn’t show. We then tried to reach them for over a month and Spencer finally called and left a voicemail saying that they charged us for the wrong part. We never even received the part. When they finally did come back out, they didn’t even fix our machine. Highly unprofessional and unreliable! Don’t waste your time and money

These guys are the greatest. They really know their printers. My company has a wide format Deskjet 800. We needed a new belt, so I ordered one and started the process of changing it. I did not know that you have to disassemble the entire printer to change the belt. I got it apart… but needed help reassembling. Mike, at SoCal Image came out right away and had no problem putting our printer back together. He was amazing.

I had a problem with an older high volume RECOH copier/​printer which just stopped working.
I called SoCal Image Techs (who I did not have a previous relationship with) and they came out quickly, did a complete check and repair of the machine and it now works like it is brand new! I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge.
They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

These guys are the real deal. Hands down, the best copier repair service I’ve dealt with over our 13 years as a business. Spencer and his team are at the top of their game. Not only did they send out a tech within 24hrs of contacting them, but when our copier had issues after the repair, they came right back out and fixed the issue.
They offer a 90-​day guarantee with their services, which blows everyone else out of the water. Their techs are kind and polite, and do proper follow-​up with their repairs.
They are sending out a service tech to our copier next week to correct a strange sound that started occurring after the initial repair. 100% happy with their level of service professionalism. Will use them for years to come.

A technician came to trouble shoot our ioline plotter. He left and without fixing the issue, but left an invoice for $ 290.00 and made a note that the plotter needs a new main board. I called SoCal Image about this invoice and asked why the technician left without fixing the issue and I was told that he didn’t have the necessary parts to complete the repair. I was also told that they no longer wish to do business with us because I questioned them about not completing the job. We called another company and the other technician was able to fix the plotter WITHOUT REPLACING ANY PARTS and cost us far less. Do not call this company for service.

Our company was having problems with our Toshiba e-​studio520 printer. Spencer and his team went above and beyond to take really good care of us and the printer. This was a very difficult fix to do but these guys were just so professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Within a week the printer was up and running without a hitch. Thank you guys! We were having so many problems with our Panasonic printer. the company we were working with kept sending horrible techs that didn’t help at all we were basically without a printer for two weeks. we finally called So Cal Image Techs and Spencer Fitler was soooo much help. he actually tried to fix our old printer and when we finally realized that our printer was kaput. thanks to the previous techs that damaged it more… he helped us get a semi used printer at a great price! now our company is up and running again with a fabulous printer that hasn’t given us a single problem in fact has made our lives much easier xD

This company is absolutely first rate. I give them the highest marks for quality of service, value in pricing, and courtesy. I run a small business where cash flow is always a top concern. Spencer Fitler, the senior service engineer, came on site and tailored a solution to fit my budget and got my Toshiba eStudio 3530C up and running in less than an hour (it was totally nonfunctional prior to his arrival). Note: this is an excellent machine, but very difficult to service, and many techs won’t touch it. The device is running slicker than eel sh*t on an iceberg now, and I was literally stunned by how low the bill was (he gave me a price in advance and stuck to it). It’s also worth mentioning that I’m a good judge of character, having been a litigation attorney for 20 years dealing with the entire spectrum of ethics from angels to demons. Spencer is without a doubt a stand-​up ethical guy with a sense of duty to serve his customers. In dialoging with Spencer, I learned that this company is also able to service very large companies with multiple machines and does so on a regular basis; so do not think for one second that they are limited to small companies like mine. I strongly recommend this company without reservation or limitation. It’s also worth mentioning that you may see a lot of 5 star reviews from me. That’s not because I’m a softie. Our expensive Canon printer at the office has been breaking since the first month we got it. Canon would sometimes send a rep to take care of it but it would constantly jam and was just unreliable.
We contacted Socal Image Techs to come take a look and they fixed it to the point where it even sounds smoother. Will definitely be using them for our toner needs as well.
