Michael Calof was referred to me by the National M.S. to assist me with a wrongful termination issue I had with my employeer. He made me aware of my California Disability Rights and that I could simply appeal their decision. I dididn’t hear from the HR Director for some time. I brought this to Michael’s attention and he assured me that he would be sending a letter on my behalf. My employer eagerly agreed to meet and negotiate a settlement. While it was a difficult time for me, Michael remained calm and level-​headed and helped me focus on one issue at a time, rather then allowing me to make a list of demands.

Attorney Calof is someone you would rather sit next to than across from in a courtroom. As your council, he is compassionate, thorough and well-​organized. As your opposition, he is forthright, stern and formidable.
Attorney Calof recently represented me in a hearing. Having never been in a courtroom before I was quite nervous. Before we entered, he walked me thru the format of the hearing to settle my nerves. He constantly reassured me and kept me calm throughout the hearing. He spoke on my behalf and I let his experience overshadow my trembling knees.
Needless to say, the outcome was favorable but it would not have been so without the accomplished Attorney Calof by my side.
