Established in 1976.

I have developed a successful practice with an emphasis on business and real estate, estate planning and probate, conservatorships, and bankruptcy. I have handled sales and disssolutions of businesses as small as a mall kiosk selling for $ 10,000 and as large as a complex sale of retail stores, licensing rights and merchandise valued between $ 35 and $ 40 Million.

In the estate planning and probate areas, I am pleased to help protect a family’s interests, including making plans to avoid probate. If no one has prepared a living trust, I find that I can often assist my clients in making probate as quick and inexpensive as possible. When a dispute arises in the context of a probate or a trust administration, my experience in probate and in civil litigation has enabled me to best protect my clients’ interests.

Bankruptcy is another area where we work to assist families, to help them protect their assets and to help them get out from under the weight of their debts — to get a new start
