Such a beautiful store on a corner of a strip mall. They have the most adorable seasonal decorations. Enjoy browsing this store every time I’m in the neighborhood.

I have been to this store and it is unique. Not necessarily a spot for children or large handbags because it is small and clustered. 2 stars mainly because I am annoyed that I called yesterday to see if they would be open today (Sunday). Drove purposely to this store to find a handwritten note on the door stating that they will be closed Sunday, June 7^th. Not happy. Not returning out of principal and there are better gift stores, namely Salutations.

I am stunned by the people who think this shop is over priceced! What do they expect? To get something for free? Go downtown to the alley and shop if thats all you can afford. I find the prices incredibly resonable. Any middle class person could find something pretty and affordable here. Have been shopping here for years. There is not a better gift store in Woodland Hills that I know of. I shop here regularly for gifts and for home accents. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here, either with the staff or the merchandise. I highly recomend this lovely gift store.

Nice little shop. Looks bigger from the outside than it actually is. It’s a small, narrow shop. Hard to move around in. When I came today there was 4 people walking around and it was crowded. They currently have a lot of their Christmas stuff up. Really neat stuff for gifts. They also sell sweaters and scarves. Small wallets and purses. All look hand-​made. Many things seemed a bit pricey and was turned off by it. I saw a really cute wallet I wanted but it was $ 42. customer service was great. There was several people working. All very nice.

Ivy Glen is a very beautiful gift shop from the outside and inside. I do believe they are really over priced. I don’t really particularly enjoy the smell with all of the different frequences mixed together in one little shop.
I also feel that the customer service pays more attention and respects the returning customers. They greet you with a hello but kind of dismiss you while leaving the shop. I still would come back from time to time because it’s a beautiful store. Furthmore, I did kind of felt that I was being watched and that made me felt uncomfortable.

Wow, what a great little place to find the perfect treasure for my friends and family!
I was in a pinch to put a gift basket together for one of my most picky clients.
The owner was so nice to put one together for me just before closing time.
I even found the most darling sparkle bracelet for myself as a treat!

I have always had the opposite experience! The owner is nice (not overly though) but the older woman behind the counter makes me feel a little uncomfortable. Even though I have shopped here for 0ver 10 years and spend $ 50 — $ 100.00 each visit, I feel as if she is worried I might walk out with something. I also have the feeling she does not like you to touch things or pick them up. If you do and don’t put them back exactly as they were she comes right up behind you and puts it right. I think she should at least wait until the customer leaves. But you are better off asking her to show it to you. I love the charming little shop though and go in about twice a year.

While this shop has great visual appeal, every darn time I’ve walked in here (and not easy to do… VERY NARROW aisles with LOTS of breakables waiting for my handbag to knock over), I’ve walked out empty-​handed. Everything is cute or pretty, but nothing that I could use. While some of my home décor definitely fits the country cottage look of this store’s inventory, I can never find the right color, smell, or look. On the rare occasion I have found something, I don’t like the prices. Then, I’m annoyed at how difficult it is to maneuver in there… and walk out… to the store next door (Elegance by Monika)…and ALWAYS find something in there, and yet, that store has less visual appeal. Go figure.

Lovely shop but the snootiest dang owner. I’m always relieved when she is not there. Her staff, in sharp contrast, is always delightful and make it easy to pay the rather high prices.
