GlowZone LA

So glad I discovered this place last night! I went with a group of seven friends and we all had a blast. There are so many different activities here that it is easy to spend several hours of fun.
First off it was easy to find the location because of their glowing/​flashy sign on De Soto. The parking lot is huge so its easy to find a spot. The entrance was interestingly laid out making you excited to enter. Once you get in you’re a bit overwhelmed with all the different sounds, people, activities, etc. We found the price board and read the different individual pricing options versus the multi-​attraction passes. We had a couple questions so we went to the cashier to ask. We were able to find out that the multi-​attraction passes could be used amongst different people and also don’t expire for three months so that seemed the most beneficial for us all. We bought several of the 5 attraction passes and then went to decide which activity to start on.
We chose the glow-​in-​the-​dark mini golf first because it was pretty empty at the time. We were each given golf clubs as well as different color balls. There were 18 holes and some were so creatively made that the game had us intrigued all the way till the end. Some had spiral wheels, some had obstacles, but all were very fun. The glowing aspect was awesome.
We then discovered a place called the Star Lounge. It had a really cool floor that changes colors every time you step on it. There was tons of seating and even a throne chair. We relaxed here for a bit before moving on.
Next, two of my friends wanted to do the laser maze so we all followed. Inside it smelled a lot like feet (not a pleasant smell to be enclosed with). There was no attendant there so my friends had to try and figure out what to do themselves. It was a bit confusing but they eventually got it.
After the maze we played a few of the arcade games. They have lots of options to choose from so we kept trying new things. Adjacent to the arcade is their rock wall and also the bumper cars. Above the arcade is a cool looking ropes course. We didn’t try any of those three because at that point there was 45 minutes till closing and we wanted to do laser tag.
We went into laser tag and were told there would be two teams, blue vs red. The young guy split us up however he didn’t do a good headcount because our team only had 8 meaning there their team had 12. It was supposed to be 10 versus 10 so we were at a huge disadvantage. The game was fun however because there were so many of them, every turn we would take would end up with us getting shot. I wish this would have been better organized.
Overall we had a blast and would definitely come back. The laser tag needs improvement and they need a bit more controlling of kids running around but other than that it is a great place to hangout with friends. I love that they are just a few blocks away from my house. Will definitely be back :)

We had such a fun date night here and will be back. We did the right rope obstacle course and it was scary and thrilling! Can’t wait to try other activities. The price is right to keep me coming back.

Place is great for kids but the“kids” that work here seem to hate kids and their job! I thought at first it was one guy but it’s all of them

100% FUN!!! Lived down the street from here for a year and finally checked it out tonight. Laser Tag, rock climbing wall, laser maze… that’s right mission impossible style, mini golf and tons more awesome things to do! We Three grown adults ran around this place like little kids. Only downside is it is blazing hot in there so we were sweaty messes and it felt a little musty a few times but that didn’t make me give it four stars (but almost did) bottom line it’s a blast and thy have great packages for a good price. We are looking into having an adult bday party there since we don’t have kids and are kinda obsessed lol

This place makes you feel like a kid again!
I paid for the $ 20 play card which gives u 3 attractions to play with & $ 5 credit on a video arcade games.
My group enjoyed playing Mini Golf & Laser Tag. While I took advantage on Laser Maze & Air hockey as well as Mini Golf. Everything was fun and exciting. I saw a lot of families & friends enjoy this place.
The only thing this place needs to improve on is staff management. My friends and I waited about 10 mins for our Golf equipment until a friend decided to go behind the counter and grab the putters. Staff should be at that counter to help the guest.

Ok, maybe a twenty something year old shouldn’t enjoy glow in the dark mini golf so much, but it was a blast! The parking was sufficient, even for a busy Friday night. The prices were good and I guess even better on Max Monday’s which gives you 3 attractions and $ 5 for the arcade or Friday Night Frenzy which gives unlimited attractions from 9pm to midnight for $ 25. Check it out!

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The inside of the mysterious warehouse on De Soto is GlowAwesome. Everything inside is glowing and neon-​like, from the equipment, the walls, the activities, and so on. Great for kids.
Among other things, they have «Skyscraper Ropes Course,» (kids loved it; spend as much time as you want up there; harness latched on by a carabiner) which is strategically places above the bumper cars, a lazer maze (waste of money and time in any location, but kids like it), wall climbing, and a full mini golf course (clean course; new materials; simple objective but it’s glowing so it seems to be more fun).
Paid for 5 activities instead of the $ 20 an hour. Tip: Pay for $ ²⁰⁄₁ hour or $ ³⁵⁄₂ hours and swipe in for mini golf as your last activity. Once you swipe in your good to go for the whole activity. Note: The arcade games aren’t an included activity, so if you doing activities by time, wait until the end. They give out a good amount of tickets per game, which pleases kids.
Someone commented that this place was too loud. Really? It’s a fun/​glowing/​activity center for kids and young adults (or young at heart adults). I feel like it should be loud. Yes, it’s a little difficult to have a conversation, but the music drowns out the droning chatter and kinda makes it more exciting.

I was a bit hesitant and scared on the way here… Was worried that the 25 mile drive from DTLA would be a bust but we actually had fun! Activities include mini rock climbing, arcade, laser tag, laser maze, bumper cars, glow in the dark mini golf, and this scary thing called skyscraper? Surprised all this fit in that small space now that I’m here listing it all. All the activities are fairly short and small. I made the mistake of wearing UGG boots which hindered my ability to fully participate in some activities though. :[ I recommend wearing tennis shoes ESP for rock climbing. Climbing that in boots was not the business.
We chose the $ 20 option for an hour of activities. Not too expensive for a date night. The staff was very friendly as well! GlowZone is great for kids and/​or adults. We went on a Saturday night and it wasn’t too packed. Unfortunately, they don’t serve alcohol except on «adult nights» which is once a month. I would love to go to THAT! Other nights you can just enjoy Dip N Dots. :] It was a very pleasant experience overall!

Came from Glendale Ca. for my birthday and suppose to have this Monday Max for each $ 10. Supposedly they are saying that if it is on certain break for kids they don’t have it the special, it suppose to be on there website and flyer but it isn’t on there. Horrible business management over it. Overall I can recommended other places like this that can accommodate you especially if you drove far.

This place is great! So many fun things for kids to do. The stuff is super nice and friendly. They are actually playing with the kids. Big area for eating. This place is Super clean and well taking care of! The price is also amazing, $ 5 per child.

First time here can’t complain much Saturday night to crowded lots of rude white kids thinking they owned the place I dont work there and I was annoyed of how rude kids can be to the staff they kept there cool and very polite the different courses where really good had a workout for the night good job guys thanks

My sister hosted a birthday party for her boys 3^rd birthday party. We had the pleasure of having Matthias helping our party and we were extremely happy with him! He was amazing, very attentive and answered all of our questions. Every time we needed something he was happy to help with a smile on his face. He differently made our experience great.
As the place, it’s real cool concept! There is many things to do! The only downside for customers is that it’s pretty packed in a Sunday night.

First time here and it was a great experience! It was on a Wednesday when I went here and it was really great, because it was surprisingly slow. Paid $ 20 for an hour, which gave us unlimited access to all activities that were available. I found it especially fun because some of the staff members participated with me in the rock climbing. We competed and raced, which I thought was really fun. We got to play back to back Lazer tag with another party for a while, and that was really fun!
Played some of the arcade games, and the games gave out a lot of tickets, which was generous of them. Ended up having a lot of free candy for my sweet tooth.
Every first Friday of the month, is a special event held by the place that is only available to anyone 21 and over. They serve alcohol and have a guest dj, which seems like a rocking time!
I highly recommend this place. I will be back next month for the first Friday of the month!

Went for the first time with the kids for a birthday party and was very impressed. The party host was very patient and handled all the little ones great. My 5 year old was not tall enough for the rope maze so they let her choose to do something else twice instead. I felt comfortable letting them go with their friends knowing the party host was supervising the group while I did the activities with the other adults. No need to be a helicopter mom.
The only down side was the lack of air conditioning but it was 90 – 100 outside that day so maybe it was just hot because of that.
I didn’t go to the food trucks they had outside (Friday nights only) but for sure going to try those out next time.

Love this place!!! So glad we found it. It’s fairly new so it’s very clean with new equipments. Very appealing. Great place for kids of all ages! The staff was friendly and you can see them always working to make sure the place looked good and clean.
We hung out at the Soft City area for our kids. A place for 7 and under. Pretty much a large padded jungle gym for them to go crazy. There is even an indoor track for them to ride bikes/​scooters and a toddler section for ages 3 and under.
They also have bumper cars, a skyscraper zone, wall climbing, laser tag, arcades, gamers room, miniature golf…
They serve food there but it is ordered from a third party vendor. There is no kitchen on site. And I believe it’s a $ 15 minimum to order. Menu consist of pizza, pasta, chicken.etc. We haven’t tried the food, just inquired about it.
We definitely will be back to plan our kids birthday party here!

I went here with my friends last week and had a pretty fun time. Granted we did rent out the entire center for just us so I didn’t have to wait to go on anything. The rooftop course is pretty awesome to walk around and the lazer tag was a lot of fun. Brought me back to my childhood haha. The bumper cars were extremely hard to operate unless you just want to spin in circles. They have an array of rock wall climbing options, which I struggled with as I was barefoot (not recommended) but still made it to the top. I didn’t try the mini gold but it definitely looked enticing. They have arcade games and lots of rooms to hold private parties in. Would deff love to go back!

I have been looking for a fun (and clean) place to take my two year old on these extremely hot days! When I accidentally found Glow Zone I didn’t expect the place to be so awesome! We went to Soft City with him and for the whole time we were there my son had a constant smile on his face! He was having so much fun and didn’t want to leave! And the cars sections for the toddlers he tried out every single ride in there! It was such an positive experience for him!
The place is also very clean and I was not worried about my son getting into trouble because the whole place is built for toddlers! I am defiantly coming back here again with him!!!

Amazing place to take your kids for some glow in the dark fun! Admission is free and the prices for attractions are super reasonable. They have mini golf, bumper cars, wall climbing, an attraction called «skyscraper» which is pretty much an obstacle course in the air, a laser maze, laser tag, and a place called soft city for children to play under 7. Also the arcade they have does not skimp, you easily win tickets here. We didn’t have to spend much for my kids to go home with some awesome prizes. Will definitely host my kid’s next birthday at glow zone!
FYI: every first Friday of the month is for 21+, drinks and a good time!

This place is awesome for kids and adults both. We purchased the 2 hour passes $ 35.00 each may not seem like a lot if your single but go there with a date or as a family and it adds up. We went on a weekday around 3:30 not really busy and i liked it i wouldn’t like it on busier days because it is quite time consuming for them to put all that gear on you for most of the attractions i felt like I wasted a good 30 minutes of our two hours just getting in and out of those harnests and a few of the the attractions are kind of hidden I discovered a light game towards the end of our visit when there was only like 3 minutes left on our card we rushed to use it and it was actually the funnest part of the whole place I would have definitely spent more time there had i noticed it sooner.
So the two hour pass is the best deal if you come here $ 35.00 unlimited but I wish they had a family special They don’t offer discounts unless your with a group of 10 or more. I would bring my kids here more often if they did. can’t see myslef spending $ 140.00 here on a random day without food or anything. I took my kids and two of their friends for my sons birthday and spent $ 210.00 did not like that! So even thoug it was fun we’ll be saving this place for birthdays maybe.

Great place to come and bring the kids to play some video games, golf, rock climb, bummer cars, laser tag, ropes course or to celebrate a birthday.
It has a warehouse type of feel to it but its really fun for the kids and those grown ups that are like kids at heart like myself.
I came to Glowzone today to celebrate my friends sons seventh birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUSTIN!!! I hope you had a lot of fun today.
The staff was excellent very attentive and supervised the entire place. They are doing a great job running this place. A+ in my eyes. Keep up the great work and remember its for the kids!!!
If I had children I would bring them here to have a fun place to hang out at or to celebrate a birthday for them.
