LOVE the dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants here. They even send you a birthday card signed by everyone on your birthday. Great staff! Very nice and patient. They helped me get over a huge fear of the previous dentists I have gone to and let you take breaks if you need to and explain everything they are doing. They let you listen to music or watch tv of your choice… with headphones.
My only complaint is it’s the most expensive dentist you can go to and the front desk girls are not my fav. They are very money hungry and Dr. Ford seems to be quite the opposite. He wants to help you and make you feel comfortable. I have A LOT of dental issues and was going broke paying for all of them out of pocket. The front desk girls convinced me that dental insurance was a waste of money (money hungry). That was the BIGGEST mistake ever. I left to go to a cheaper dentist and get all my work done AND got dental insurance. Instead of paying 2500 $ for a root canal with dental insurance it is only 150 $. The front desk girls also told me it takes 6 months for your dental insurance to even start working so that was another reason that I shouldn’t get it. Wrong again. It kicked in right away and has literally saved my life with all the work I’ve had to get done.

Read the good reviews and made appointment for my wife and I for regular cleaning. When we arrived we were given a long your, followed by x-​rays then a long consultation with dr ford, they could not do cleaning, had to schedule two weeks later. I got the bill, they billed insurance over 500 $ for exam and and X-​rays, I am on the hook for 300 $, outrageous, can’t wait for bill for filling and cleanings, the most expensive dentist ever, I guess if you are rich, he is great, but i feel cheated. Get all costs upfront !!

Dr. Ford is a wonderful, trustworthy, conscientious, if expensive dentist. However, I would avoid him for orthodontic work! I had extensive treatment with Invisalign that I never really wanted in the first place (I was pushed into it), and then told at the end of a very long course of braces that I should have had further work done in the first place, before the braces. An outrage. I will never again go to a dentist for orthodontic work.

After a million different dentist’s in my lifetime one of my employee’s told me about Dr. Ford. This office is such a breath of fresh air! Staff is incredible! Haven’t seen and dental/​medical office run so smoothly and efficiently in years! Had an emergency, left a message late at night, someone called me back at 7:00 am the next morning and even accommodated my work schedule. Had me out of there when I said I needed to be. Best Dental Practice around. Excellent office staff and Dental Hygienists too. They make going to the dentist very pleasant — and I enjoy my cleanings there. I highly recommend them.

As a teenager, I had a very traumatic set of visits with a dentist that has stuck with me throughout my adulthood. Over the years, I have searched for a dentist that was the right ‘fit’ for me, going from dentist to dentist, without finding what I was looking for, until I found the office of Craig Ford, DDS.
Each and every technician strives to put you at ease, and their skill and expertise cannot be rivaled. They are an absolute joy to interact with. They know what they are doing, and each and every one of his staff is encouraged to continue to learn, take classes, and expand their knowledge and expertise, which serves to benefit us, the patient, in the long run. It is apparent that they are staying abreast of new and innovative techniques, skills, and technologies.
As for Dr. Ford… what can I say — he is a magician! Not only is he the most patient and skilled dentist that I have ever come across, but it is a relief to me to learn that years later, dentistry does not have to be painful, excruciating or torturous. He takes the time to explain everything to you, in detail. No question goes unanswered, and your time with him is not rushed — he truly takes the time to see to your needs in a safe and comfortable environment. Thanks to Dr. Ford, my mouth is in the best condition that it has been in for YEARS, and thanks to my lack of trepidation in visiting his office, I now have a long term plan in place for achieving long term oral health.
Thanks to this office, and it’s staff, I can now say something that I thought I would never be able to say — I look forward to visiting this office. Check them out — you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re afraid of going to the dentist… come here!!! If you haven’t seen a dentist in a while… come here!!! These guys are amazing!!! The staff, the doctors… They will make you feel comfortable and take care of you. P. s they have headphones for you to block sound, they’ll provide you with a pillow and a blanket if you like, a chair massager while getting your teeth cleaned. They are just awesome!!! (:

8 months ago my dentist of the past decade closed his office and abandoned me. I am VERY picky about dentists, and as a result was somewhat panicked. New dentists shopping — uggggggh!
Luckily I hit upon just the right dentist. I didn’t take care of my teeth as a kid, and as a result I am always in need of something. I want someone who is competent and keeps up with newer techniques. I want someone who will explain things to me so I can make an informed decision. I don’t want to feel rushed. Dr Ford and his staff are the best!
The office is warm and inviting. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Once you step in the front door, the emphasis is on you, the patient. They go out of their way to make sure that every aspect of care is comfortable, both physically and psychologically. I wish I could give them more than the 5 stars!

I have seen probably close to 50 different dentists in my lifetime ranging from family dentists, oral surgeons, so-​called affordable dentists who do so-​called affordable quality work to celebrity teeth guru’s who promise a perfect smile for thousands of dollars and every kind in between. My ideal dentist would be extremely knowledgable, understands newer techniques and technology, cares about my dental health, understands my needs, doesn’t drain my bank account and has a great front office because dealing with a terrible or rude front office is the absolute worst.
I have found everything I was looking for at Dr. Fords office. Everyone is so incredibly caring and understanding, from the wonderful women in the front office to the dental assistants. I have seen both Dr. Ford and Dr. Adamonis, both are amazing dentists. Thanks to Dr. Ford’s office, I am finally going to have a healthy mouth and my smile back.

Dr. Ford and his staff are the BEST! Who would ever think the dentist could be an enjoyable experience? It actually is in this office, where everyone is incredibly kind and your comfort is their top priority. Want a distraction while you’re having your teeth cleaned? They have TV’s in every room. Too chilly from the air conditioning? They have blankets to keep you warm. I have been going to this office for over five years for regular cleanings, and I did a two-​year course of Invisalign with them as well. I’ll never go anywhere else, and neither should you.

After my dentist of many years retired I was looking for a dentist in Woodland Hills, I saw the great Unilocal and called Dr. Ford’s office. Dr. Ford was on vacation but I was having problems with my teeth and needed to see someone soon. Dr. Adamonis in Dr. Ford’s office was available. I am so glad that I made an appointment with Dr. Adamonis. My tooth was very close to needing a root canal. He put a crown on my tooth and all is good. He is very precise and gentle at the same time. The office staff is wonderful. I wish I had changed dentists sooner.

My family and I have been coming here for 25 plus years and we are continuously amazed on how welcoming all the staff are, how efficient the office is run and how incredible the service is. Dr. Ford is a smart, hard-​working and dedicated dentist. He has the perfect way of creating an open dialogue about making decisions on potential procedures and explaining in great detail any procedures he is about to do.
Our entire family goes to one dental hygienist who is AMAZING! Irene is both friendly and professional. She is dedicated to making sure you have great teeth, hygiene and constantly reminds you of the importance of preventive care. She makes it fun to be at the dentist while also making sure we take care of our teeth and smile!

This place is awesome!!! The office has a very feel at home interior which is soothing to the soul. Especially for those terrified of dental offices. The young, upbeat staff are very professional and friendly. The dentist themselves are very knowledgable and thorough. They have all the latest tech equipment. If this is your first time, ask for Keisha!!! Cant miss her, she is the one with the biggest smile u can see a mile away. She will even give you a tour of the office and show you how it runs.

Dr. Ford was referred to me by a friend and I am so glad I decided to take her suggestion. I have been going here for 2 years now and I love everyone there! They have the best technicians and office staff that really care about your dental health. I have absolute trust in Dr. Ford and his abilities and even though I recently moved over an hour away, I will still come to his office for all of my dental checkups. This is my first Unilocal review ever but I had to finally write one because Dr. Ford is really great. I went into the office with a chipped tooth that had been «fixed» by another dentist (the filling came off two days later) and Dr. Ford did an amazing job, leaving the my tooth smooth! The staff was super friendly and nice. The only downside of my visit was that they were about 40 min. late for my appointment but I didn’t mind that too much because it was worth the wait. :)

I had heard about Dr. Ford for YEARS from a very good friend of mine who’d been one of his patients for over 30 years now! I finally decided to call his office after I felt it was time I leave my dentist about 9 years ago (can’t remember the exact years).
I was having trouble with a few teeth and crowns and went to Dr. Ford to get a second opinion. Not only was he very knowledgeable and yes, he did give me a different 2^nd opinion — but he was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY! Like most people, going to the dentist had become one of my least favorite things to do. However, since I’ve been going to Dr. Ford’s office, I actually don’t dread going anymore! I believe Dr. Ford does set the tone of the office and that is reflected in the staff he has. Everyone there is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and more than anything you would ever expect in one dental office! The office space itself is beautiful! It offers a warm, friendly atmosphere, with a homey-feel…and everyone in the staff is wonderful!
I cannot imagine going to another dentist after being a patient at Dr. Ford’s! Dr. Ford and his staff far exceed my expectations with regard to being the best dentist I’ve ever gone to! Any of you who find any of this hard to believe — you’ve gotta go there and see that I tell no lie… They are great there!!!
I’m going through invisalign treatment (clear, transparent braces) right now with them… and I tell ya, they are the most patient people! I tell everyone about Dr. Ford and his staff — and tell them that, if they want a super dentist, Dr. Ford’s is the place to go!!! I would have it no other way!
