Worst customer service ever!!! I would give it 0 stars if I could! An employee named Jorge saw us waiting in line and he refused to help us and the lady who was behind us, instead helping a guy that just walked in! The guy even told him that there were people before him waiting for service, and Jorge said, «It’s ok, how can I help you?» He has no respect for customers and he SHOULDBEFIRED!!!

Will not rate this business. On Tuesday, 9÷8÷15, 8:15 pm, I wanted to purchase a Sim Card for my IPhone 6. The associate pulled out a container holding the Sim Card, he immediately placed the card on the table in front of him and told me I would have to go to AT&T Corporate Office in Century City, California to purchase the Sim Card. I told him he was giving incorrect information. I live in Northeast San Fernando Valley and he wanted me(the customer) to drive to Century City for a simple Sim Card. My grandson asked me if he could trade up to a IPhone 6+, I told the agent only way I would do this if I could get the $ 300 promotional credit to trade in a smartphone. IPhone 6 was purchased at the Apple Store when the phone first came out. The vvalue of the IPhone 6 was originally purchased for $ 895 at the Apple Store in the Topanga Westfield Mall. The associate made a phone call and received an approval from his manager for the $ 300 credit. On 9÷22÷15, I received my invoice from AT&T, no credit received. Keyanna from AT&T Cancellation Dept gave me the business phone of 818−888−9560. I have called Prime Miobile 9 times since 9÷22÷15, no return calls received. I called the Topanga Westfield Management Office to see if they assist me. Westfield Mall Management Office said all they could do was send Security and ask them to call me. As of this date, Sunday, 9÷27÷15, no calls received. Do not use this business, they are the Worst.
