Established in 1990.

Appearances was established in 1990 as a Personal Development Studio in Eau Claire WI. IN 1993 Tara and her daughter Courtney relocated to Southern CA and changed the business model to focus on results oriented skin care services with great customer service. We offer skin care products and services that will make a difference for our clients. Products and services are constantly updated to reflect new technology and advancements in the industry to better serve our clientele and insure that they have the most up to date options available to them. We keep things new and exciting and always provide our guests with a positive experience. We want you to look and feel better after your visit.

Business Owner

Tara has a background in business and marketing in addition to her 30 years in the Esthetic Industry. She has represented such prestigious companies as Estee Lauder, Lancome, Jan Marini Skin Research, Cosmetix,

Osmosis Skin Care, Oxygenetix, Southern California Skincare, Circadia, Christina Cosmeceuticals, Revitalash, Lilash, Grande Lash, and Lighstim Led Therapies. She has done extensive education, training and public speaking in conjunction with her vast experience in the industry. She is often sought after by estheticians for guidance and mentoring and values the relationships she has developed through supporting them in their field. She has always kept her hands on her personal clients and had trained both her daughter, Courtney and protégé, Maria to follow in her foot steps while keeping her on her toes at the same time! It makes for great customer service and team support so our guests know they are going to be taken care of!
