Will never use Windermere ever again. Agent Jill Sjolin just led us on for months. She recommended ONE lender and when he backed out (also after leading us on for months) she just gave up. Didn’t look for another lender and instead asked us to find a lender… sure, just as soon as you give me a cut of the commission.

Michelle Blue was our agent and we could not have been more grateful to have her. Our story is long, but to try and sum it up, the house we finally got was our 3^rd offer (outbid the first time, backed out of the second time[ Michelle gave us support moving forward and backing out of it, so nice!!!]). The house we got took 11 months to get, a short sale that continued to have one paperwork problem after another. She also helped us switch loan officers, and made the break easy for me. She did everything in her power to get us to get our house, to make sure we were comfortable and to make sure we were educated. We love it to pieces, and she went WAY above and beyond for us, especially when the seller’s agent seem to drop the whole thing. I can’t tell you the wonderful things she has done for us without writing a novel, but we HIGHLY recommend Michelle. She made a difficult process as easy on us as possible, and had more patience than I did waiting for our home. Thank you Michelle!!! I don’t think we could have done this with anyone else!

my husband and I were at the right place at the right time. when we went in to ask for an agent it customer had recommended a woman by the name of jill sjolin. she is absolutely wonderful. she was so patient with us came with us every weekend to look at lots of different houses. we knew nothing about houses and she showed us tips on what to look for and gave us recommendations for contractors in the area. she was completely honest and we trusted her 100 percent and it paid off. we just got the keys to what we think is the perfect house and it wouldn’t be possible without her. if you live in Woodinville and are looking to either sell or purchase a home — ask for jill. You will be glad you did. She is an expert in this field, savvy and so sweet. Honestly im sad we arent going to see her every weekend!
