Super friendly staff and doctors. I would have given them 5 stars but don’t have any comparisons to other such offices.
They will need to request your records from your current doctor. Many clinics’ medical records departments tend to drop the ball when it comes to forwarding records so be prepared to get on your doctors office after about a week or so.
Luckily, I didn’t have this problem and Brent, at Cascadia Natural Health, helped make the entire process painless! I emailed him my release of information and he got it off to my doctor the same day, let me know how long their office said it would take and notified me the day the records arrived to set up my appointment.
The office was easy to get to. Just off of 522. I filled out the standard paperwork and met with Dr. Felice. He was knowledgeable and caring. I could tell he wanted to help and get me set up. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. After we discussed my conditions I was on my way; a LEGAL Cannabis user.
The fee is $ 190. There is no fee if you are not able to obtain the MMJ authorization.
