Horrible workmanship. They installed the tile and carpeting in our newly built home. Grout where horizontal and vertical tile meet is cracking in bathrooms and kitchen. Carpet tack strip nails protrude through the carpet. Accent rep said that is normal. I am 45 years old, have own 3 homes and have with friends/​family who have carpet, and this is the only home I know of where the tack strip nails poke through. But yet it’s normal?
Very poor customer service.
