360 Massage

I suffer from chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. It often causes severe migraines. My husband got me a massage here for my birthday and it was the best massage I have ever had. My massage was with Brent, and he was able to isolate the knots in my back like I have never experienced during other massages. He also recognized problem areas in my legs and feet, which I hadn’t considered. I will definitely be going back in the future to maintain the relaxation I found in this massage. I highly recommend coming to 360 Massage!

The sign for 360 Massage is kind of hidden. When you pull into the parking lot, it’s just a small, back-​lit text sign. Don’t walk around back like I did to where the sign is, instead, walk into the women’s clinic and sit in the chairs. The women’s clinic is actually the lobby for the massage studio. Shortly after you come in, you’re given a clipboard where you write down some information about yourself and there’s even a diagram of a person where you can circle where you hurt.
The massage was excellent. She targeted the areas that were giving me trouble. This is the first massage I’ve had in awhile that’s left me sore the day after — which is a GOOD thing. She got out all of the knots and stress built up.
My only issue, and this is why 360 Massage is given 4 instead of 5 stars is that the rooms aren’t sound proof. The massage room is right next to the lobby and you can hear the non-​stop talking of people waiting to see the doctor and the employees for the women’s clinic. A massage should be a very relaxing experience. I found myself unable to completely relax due to the loud people outside.
After the massage, I was given a piece of chocolate by Brent. A great way to end a little «me» time, if I do say so myself.

I had a great massage with Brent! I came in with a lot of knotted muscles and tense and constricted tendons, so the kneading out of all my knots and «problem areas» wasn’t a walk in the park for me. But it was necessary. And Brett definitely knows his stuff; I’ve never known a massage therapist to isolate specific muscles the way he did.
I liked how the table was warm, and the music was soothing, and the towels were super hot! I also appreciated how Brent showed me some therapeutic stretches to do afterwards, going forward. I also like how easy and convenient it was to book the appointment online and how I got a reminder text message the day prior. (Note: on their website, if you go to the «book now» link, you’ll see a tab for «offers». They are offering a 90 minute massage for $ 50 until the end of May. I thought this was super deal, so I purchased another session. Hopefully I’ll have less problematic knotted areas after another session…).

This was a great massage, I felt a lot of release and a lot of the irritation i was feeling in my back/​shoulders has really subdued. I would definitely recommend 360 massage! I’ll note that this is not a frilly massage studio, but I prefer to pay for targeted massage treatment of my troubled areas versus a changing robe and fancy oils/​lotions.
