This was the worst experience in customer service I’ve ever gone through. From the minute I walked in the door until later that night when I tried to call to cancel my order and get a refund. They are absolutely awful here. The photographer was terrible absolutely terrible. Just don’t even waste your time or money. Thank god I went home and viewed my photos online to cancel in time because if I had waited and received these pictures 5 days before Christmas I would have been devastated that my daughters first Christmas pictures were this awful. Words cannot even describe my disgust for this woman and the coworker. I would give 0 stars if they would let me.

Would be five stars if we didn’t have to wait a ½ hour for our APPOINTMENT slot. Isn’t a 2 pm appt supposed to start at 2 pm!!!
Thank God for free wi-​fi and — hello — being in Target — one of my most favorite and delicious stores !
Once it was my children’s turn for holiday pix, the photographers were friendly, funny and professional.
I had a coupon for a $ 50 digital portrait session w no sitting fees. Within one hour the session pix were emailed to this photo freak so I was very happy.
Id go again but arrive before 5 minutes prior to a scheduled time.
Great work and prices!
