One Small Step

My family and I love one small step! Very personalized service. Christina and Maria are extremely knowledgable and are not pushy to sell something. They go above and beyond to accommodate their shoppers. My daughter loves all the trendy boots and shoes there. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else! My older son actually outgrew this store and the girls order sneakers for him bc I refuse to go anywhere else– one small step is the best!!!

Poor customer service, and a small selection as well. There was only 1 man running the store when I went and he was helping a family with 3 kids. I was ignored for the first 10 minutes I was in the store. When I politely asked for 1 pair of shoes for my daughter he said ok, then continued helping the family for another 10 – 15 minutes. When I asked politely again he said he’s getting to it and continued to ignore me. Needless to say I walked out. I don’t care how big of a sale you will get from that family, I am a paying customer too. You lost not only me as a customer but I will make sure to tell all my mommy friends as well.
(Plus I found the same shoes I was interested in online for much cheaper!)

What a great experience!
Maria did such a wonderful job fitting (and entertaining) my child. They have an extensive selection of children’s shoes. Prices are more than reasonable. Go there for the service and selection. I have had some terrible experiences at more local stores. This is now my goto for children’s shoes!

Nice store, overpriced, horrible 7 day strictly enforced return policy. They also will not price match. I’m done shopping here!
