I always forget that there is a NY&Co in Woodbury. I usually head to Rosedale, but Woodbury seems to be becoming a lot more convenient for me to get to. I ordered a bunch of shirts online and wanted to return them. They looked a lot better on the models and on the internet.
This location is a lot better for parking and getting in and out. I dislike dragging myself into the malls, parking and all that. This location is nice and one of the times that I find the outdoor malls handy.
Was greeted and I walked in. Headed straight for the counter to return and was met by a lovely, chipper sales person. She had a few hiccups with my return, but we finally got it straightened out. She was very pleasant and maintained her composure as the line behind me grew and thanked me for being patient. I appreciated her attitude and genuine customer rapport. These days it’s hard to find really good customer service and genuine to say the least.
Browsed around and they have a lot of really cute items that I will have to swing back for when I have more time.
Very impressed with Ny&Co as a whole. Clothes, sales, location and customer service!
